    I just finished transcribing a 32page, 10,200 word document. So I need to imagine myself being rewarded in carbs and salty, fatty goodness.

    I will do you one better, I will make you cinnamon sugar pain perdu with fig ice-cream and caramelised orange/grapefruit segments and candied peel. But you have to visit me in France. Life is hard.
